Given at any level,The price can come down or go up.

BUT all of us can't be sure.

Some weeks ago, my broker called after the lunch hour and said "buy ......., it will become RM1.00 at least b4 the close". He embarrassed himself because it never materialized even until today.

We responsible for our decision on which counter to buy or sell.

I sometimes listen to the SIFUs comments BUT many times/too often they were saying what has happened during the day (story repeater) instead of deliberate whether you should SELL or BUY the next day.

FOR example, there was situation when HL Bank was RM18 and went down gradually until RM16 (less by RM2). I wonder why they can't tell when to buy before it recovered to RM17 lately. The other point is when the share is not listed in their "stock pick/buy call", they are biased when giving comments. AND when a share in their list went down, they expect people to accept their reasoning.

ANYWAY,I still managed to gather quite a bit of knowledge from those commentators.

went to open bank current account but counter staff told me to go to any other bank except Hong Leong Bank, a lot of work to open bank current account

so went to another bank loh

other banks treat me like God

i3Lurker, i almost wanted to sue HLBank, the branch manager, told the buyer of my apartment that the bank can't approve the loan because the seller got many house loans.

Next, RHB,Maybank,PBB all approved. Why approval of loan need to base on the seller and why telling/disclosing to the buyer that i got many loan? Luckily applied to 4 banks at one ago.

My wife said "must sue" but i said nvm,don't break people rice bowl.
I can name the branch and the manager.

Seriously, i would not agree to the idea that one (shares investor) ought to declare repetitively that he is already one of the major shareholders (>5%), for example, and entitled to demand for an EGM if he/she wishes.

The founder may dislike your participation and created a scheme to outcast you.

IT is better to invest in numerous best companies(whichever companies you selected) below the mandatory declaration requirement, as the major shareholders. This could avoid any unnecessary jealousy by the Founder. Most founder will not want others to talk louder. Better still, register all your shares under a Nominees to disguise your identity.

Founder can call the Registrar and find out the names and percentage of the shareholders.

I find it funny that many are shallow in stock market but talking like knowing everything. IPO at 35 sen does not mean Directors bought at 35 sen. For Solarvest most stock broking houses are giving a fair value around 60 Sen. Investors perceive value could be different. They may perceive the value is beyond fair value. Look at Greatec.
