Atlan, once there is s bonus or right issue, there will be an adjustment of exercise price and with additional warrants issued accordingly to warrant holders, in this case ,the additional units of warrants issued to warrant holders have same ratio as mother share at ratio 1 for 2 ...Understand now ? What to argue about ? rules had been there for last 30 years since they had started warrants derivative trading in Bursa , initially was called TSR (transferable subscription right ) instead of warrant..

Cytew. You are right. Thus, there will be BI of warrant two times. 1st is 1 w for 4 shares. 2nd is 1w for 2 existing w held.

Someone on this forum mentioned you only need to have them by 5pm the day BEFORE the ex-date, which was yesterday. Check the previous posts to confirm.

tean2020 you will get the warrant when you sell the mother share on xdate. The last day to qualify for the warrant is 19/2. People who buy on xdate 22/2 will not get warrant. You already own the warrant on xdate. So go ahead sell mother but at adjusted price which is lower than the last price on 19/2
