In my opinion, it's IPO price of 1.35 is already overvalue at pe50.
The company has difficulty to pass on ALL the increase in raw materials to customer.
With this in mind, planning to wait for the next quarter result before buying in since the current released quarter is rather disappointing as compared to how management painted the company as though the cows can fly.

Thinking of buying rm2mil around 1.55. After spending an hour looking at fine prints of financial numbers for the last few years, i ABORT.

I give you synopsis of my hardwork for free:

Business/revenues/profits from operation hv expanded rapidly and hv hit sideways saturation and even hv started to come down.

I value it at 1.20 - 1.40 only.

They hang big carrots/big plans for the future but execution will take years. In the mean time you will see revenues n profit (real profit from business will come down).

After the STABILISING MGR is out of the way, share price will settle around 1.50. Another bad QR later will take it to dip below IPO price. Because the misplaced hype and optimism now hv put it at GROSSLY OVERVALUED level.

PE ratios are just numbers. Look at DIY how the counter price rocket up vs Seng Hin electrical after IPO sank. Perception , expectations, branding and business segment tell us what to expect. Good times , bad times , morning , afternoon or night . Ladies or men go for sure or yogurt
