earning heavily depends only on sedanyan, no good. should consider like amprop etc, well balance with local and foreign projects, plus strong core (not properties) earnings with div.

i just can share knowledge n experience...u look now all property counters up double n triple..some of them are branded one really appreciate the current boom market..n this matrix is very lucky to born after ge13 ...so it make good premium..so if u feel to invest then ok..but at this price the high n low we do not know...all depend how much u hev now ..are u ready to leverage if price drop below ipo price.. i feel it wont happen now..we hev to see five years to come be4 ge14 n 2020..big projects in seremban...god make u prosperous n grateful
