msia economy will it ever be back to asian tiger days?

the world is a very different place than in the 80s to 90s, where msia is know as one of the asian tiger economies.. the world economy/trade is now largely dominated by China and USA. Back then in the asian tiger days its dominated by asia together with japan, and they are selling/exporting goods to USA. USA embrace globalization and setup factories in Asia and asia prosper. After the giant china came into pictire and open their economy, many factories in asia shutdown and relocated to china. uAnd now its largely China supplying to USA.. and USA is trying to impose tariff as China and the world,as they are seen as taking away jobs from americans. So many factories in china could shut down and relocated to Vietnam. so what model should msia deploy now, amidst trade wars and how can msia be great again? Old ways may not work anymore.

why vietnam can grow at ~7% & there is no video of some politicians flying around...
