This is not only happening in Malaysia! In China, new degree holders are so frustrated that they even create a new culture! They call it lying down!
Lying down is a culture that given up on hoping for the best of their future! New generation of chinese China would rather work just enough for food and lodging! That's it! They say if you struggle hard, you may never see any returns! A sad story of many new chinese China!
You see, many of todays degree are obsolete! Unless you have engineering degree, chances of getting a job that reflect your new qualification will be very slim! Sad right!
So if you are business degree holder, i say better start you own business! Buy a bike and deliver food!
With current zero Covid policy in China, it's very hard to see light at the end of the tunnel for most Gen Z over there! Opportunities no longer as good as they used to be!

In Malaysia, we have experience this since Gen X! Gen Y was a bit fortunate as we experience a good economic for the last decade or so! And then Harapan administration took over and turn the economy upside down!
Today, if you have basic degree, chances of getting job of your qualification is non existent!
And so we cannot blame the last batch of Gen Z opting now to continue their studies! Going to university will be a waste of time indeed!
Unfortunately we will see this continue as most sectors will require specialized manpower!
You cannot walk into university, get a degree and land a cosy job anymore! Instead you have to acquire specify skill custom made for jobs of the future!
Oil and Gas industry are in the last leg! Unfortunately, those in OnG have only decade or so before becoming reduntant!

Only those who go into engineering course will see better prospect! Other than that, better dont pursue future studies!
I mean, would you spend a small fortune for business degree! Don't!
Or pursue degree in management! Ha! What a joke!
Our public universities are said to produce a successful jobless graduates! Which is very true!

I am sorry! The future is not bright for coming generation unless they go for hardcore engineering!
Future parents need to accept this new reality!
Only science graduates will have abit of better chances going forward!
Oh, but you say you will send you son to be fake holymen! Yeah, that is a very bright future in Malaysia!
In Malaysia, as long as you good in preaching dooms day, you should be able to scam many people! Thanks to Umno and Pas for brainwashing majority malays!

Been mechanic is not easy job! Especially dealing with fussy customers! ICE cars are very complicated machine! You need to work to earn you money!
I say mechanic is a professional job! Unfortunately society does not give recognition of this very important job!
Finding good mechanic is also not easy! Those who seek proper institution to learn this trade need years of practical experience to be good! Unfortunately, you find many mechanics who learn without proper training! And they do more harm than good as they may not know the right way to repair your car!
