There would be increased, not decreased, stress: While intended to reduce stress, continuous assessment would paradoxically increase it. Students invariably feel constant pressure to perform well in various activities (sports, psychometrics, classroom participation), leading to a sustained rather than episodic stress pattern. And constant stress is highly unhealthy, leading to increasing obesity, diabetes, mental illnesses, cancer, etc

Bad Impacts on Student Behavior:

Overemphasis on Perfection: Continuous assessment could encourage a culture of perfectionism, where students feel compelled to excel in all areas, even those outside their natural strengths.

Reduced Creativity and Exploration: Fear of failing assessments might discourage students from taking risks or thinking creatively.

Unhealthy Competition: With constant evaluation, peer comparisons and rivalry may escalate, leading to a more toxic learning environment.
