The Board of Directors of TFP Solutions Berhad wishes to announce that all of the resolutions tabled at the Tenth Annual General Meeting ("10th AGM") held today as per the Notice dated 28 April 2017 were approved by the shareholders, except for resolution 7 in respect of the retention of Dato' Jamaludin bin Hassan as an Independent Director of the Company. Resolution 7 was not considered or put forward for voting as Dato' Jamaludin bin Hassan decided not to continue in office as an Independent Director of the Company and resigned as a Director and Chairman of the Company upon the conclusion of the 10th AGM.

All of the resolutions consideredwere voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
