Bursa new rules, newly listed company needs to wait for at least one year after listing ,only is allowed to give bonus warrants or bonus mother shares, Minox is an example for reference, FPHB management will consider giving bonus warrants after one year of listing, that is at Second quarter of 2025,and it was mentioned in announcement.

The management is honest in giving out bonus warrants; only for the regulations framework needs to be abide.

The money I gained from selling FPHB in loss previously, I used the money to buy momentum stocks, then earned a decent profit gain to cover much more than the loss in FPHB. In and out, my cash is free to be put in uptrend stocks now. Yet this FPHB is still sleeping there, nothing much. Although its fundamentals are good, I am not sure why we still want to park our money in a sleeping stock, waiting for durian runtuh moment which we don't know when will happen, while you have the choice to put money into a more promising basket

solid fundamentals. owners and mgmt focused on business expansion. so overall good company. perhaps this is consolidation phase before moving higher. doesnt look like got operator in this counter. so hopefully at least when it moves up.. there wont be any pump and dump. Go Farm Price..

stock got fundamental and insti holdings. just need some catalysts. perhaps it's just taking a breather now. now is a bzbz period for them in prep of CNY... but this would be reflected when results is announced in May. tho feb results shld be decent too looking at their track record.

speaking of bonus warrants, my take is that it will only happen in june 2025 or thereafter. ie... one year after listing. fr observation, bursa usually dont fancy companies doing bonus issue of shares/warrants too soon post listing. farm price maybe too kan cheong dy...
but overall, do agree that company is fundamentally sound. so have to let results speak for itself. or maybe can do more acquisition.. jv .. to spice things up a bit. last time they announced going to sabah, price shot up to 60 sen albeit briefly. too bad couldnt sustain. then again, this counter is more suitable for long term investors rather than short term traders. at least for now.

The main purpose of issuing free warrants to shareholders at early stage of listing is because at this junction, warrant will act as a growth value accumulator tool for shareholders with out any up front cash..， for those companies which had done that were usually adviced by someone who is an expert on "strategic investing skills" in the market...you can refer to cases of SLVEST and Samaiden for learning purposes...

Not sure why they are so desperate to issue bonus warrant immediately after the IPO few months. But can see most investors have lost confidence in this stock. As other stock volume and price maintained well, and this stock keep dropping.
