Coronavirus has been affecting our normal life for around a year now, and now everyone seems to get used to it already. Wearing mask when going outside, having to social distancing between each other seem to be a new habit for human being. Even companies are having their new standard operation procedure (SOP) in order to counter the pandemic.

We can see that the new cases in Malaysia keep hitting historical high, yet more people could care less about it as many malls are still packed before MCO kicks in. Government also did the same thing as normal citizens, where they perform MCO when they were only 100+ cases, yet they only perform MCO now when they are more than 3000 per day. This shows that we are getting used to the virus, getting used to the pandemic.

In these two months, we keep seeing companies have their workers tested positive for coronavirus, TOPGLOV, PANAMY, KOSSAN, NOTION and more. All the management can do is to isolate the affected workers and the people that were closed to these workers, and the operation will resume after few days or a week of disinfection. Obviously, share price will have an immediate reaction, but will rebound quickly because investors tend to find out that it does not really affect the entire operation much, maybe only 2-3% that will be affected.

In short, having workers tested positive for coronavirus is a new normal that we will be getting used to. Although it seems irresponsible to say that, but for now, the only thing we could do is to stay hygiene and try our best to stay indoors, and not public. The writer believes that there will be more companies having their workers tested positive. Hence, we shall get used to it and not panic, but use this as an opportunity to add some as this will not affect the company in long term prospect.

新冠疫情已经影响我们的生活大约一年了，而现在大家视乎也慢慢习惯了。在外出的时候戴口罩，与其他人保持适当的距离也已经成了我们的习惯。就连公司而有了新的SOP来抵抗这波疫情。

我们可以看到马来西亚的每日确诊人数一直突破历史新高，但更多人却没什么在意，毕竟在MCO之前，商场还是蛮多人的。政府也和人民一样，当时确诊人数100多时就已经采取了MCO但现在却等到3000多时才做一样的事情。这也间接显示了我们已经慢慢地习惯病毒，慢慢的习惯疫情。

在最近的两个月，我们时常会看到很多公司都有传出员工确诊的消息，就好比TOPGLOV，PANAMY，KOSSAN，NOTION等。但管理层能做的就只是隔离确诊人员和和他们有过接触的人，而工厂会在几天或者一个星期后经过消毒后重新开始运作。很明显的，股价会有立刻的反应，但也会很快的回弹，因为投资者发现这并不会造成太大的影响，最多也只有2-3%的影响而已。

总结，员工确诊已经是一个新常态。即使这样说有点不负责任，不过截至今天，我们能做的也只是照顾个人卫生和尽量不出门而已。笔者相信陆陆续续会有更多的公司有员工确诊。所以，我们应该习惯它，反而用它来当一个买进的机会，因为我们很清楚这只会对公司有短暂的影响，却不影响公司的长期发展。
