A nation called LALALAND gained independence a few decades ago.

Although it's citizen population comprise of various races, only a particular race held the premiership on the pretext of being  the native and have the blooming right. 

Since then a couple of premier came and went. Each of them were remembered for their "legacy while leading the nation and given a title.
