Hi friends, 

As I said earlier, I have noticed there are a few wise men in our circle. Their remarks are notable and we can learn from them. Their comments and tips, are straight to the point and detailed. Of late, I haven't been able to see them sharing their thoughts anymore. Hi people you guys had quit??? Now that's a shame. Well, by sharing we learnt a lot, but also we must accept criticism. Have faith as I believe miracles arise from endurances and perseverance. To me losers are doomed with their 1st class ticket straight into poverty. Remember," criticism must be supported with facts and figures."

" YOU CAN NEVER SUCCEED"

Six (6) years ago I had met with Mr. Jeffrey Teoh, Head of Commercial Banking of OCBC Bank Berhad to thank him and the bank personally for their support in my previous ventures. I had remembered to this day his criticism and humiliation which had not only floored me, but I had not envisaged it to come from a professional like him. He said to me and I quote: Give up your DESIRES and FANTASIES. Buy a sewing machine and get to play!!!! You will NEVER SUCCEED IN EQUITIES AND PROPERTY INVESTMENT!!!!

Today I DARE to say this," I AM STILL AS FAITHFUL as that day that I met him and STILL AS DETERMINED as EVER of my DESIRES."

" BELIEIVE IN POWER OF DETERMINATION AND FAITH "

Several years ago, my mentor became gravely ill tell an urgent need operation was needed to save his life and that was also given only a 50/50 chance of survival. Just ahead he was wheeled into the operating room, I took a second look at him and prayed that the operation be successful. The doctor had foretold me that the chances of survival are slim and be geared up for the worse. Look here and listen CAREFULLY, that was the" DOCTOR'S OPINION " and definitely not the patient. My mentor whispered to me ' Do not feel disturbed son, I will be out here in a few days' and the attending nurse looked at me with compassion. But he did get through the ordeal safely. Afterwards it was all over, the doctor said, "Nothing but his own DESIRE to live saved him. He never would have pulled through if he had not refused to accept the possibility of death." 

" I  FOLLOW MY OWN RULES FOR MY OWN FINANCIAL FREEDOM AND MY DESIRE TO WIN "

I must " thank " the OCBC banker for his criticism, but allow me to tell you " FAITH AND DESIRE ARE MY PERSONAL RULES TO SUCCESS." This "burning desire and determination" in me was then created. I am now a better and much more confident person executing and implementing my goals with great success. So everyone buck up with FULL FAITH AND DESIRES as we are on the road to SUCCESS.

To all the pussies and cowards, " THERE ARE NO SUCH THING AS IMPOSSIBLE. " If you accept failure, then you will FAIL.

Let those wise investors share their opinions. There is nothing to liberate but to gain by listening to them even with you have to lose once or twice is alright.

To all, I wish to convey a message and my personal bitter experience that all achievement no matter  what may it's nature, or its purpose, must begin with an intense burning desire and fight for something definite.
