Cabinet has decided not to sell Malaysia’s biggest highway concessionaire, and instead keep it under the ownership of Khazanah Nasional and the EPF. However, Tun Mahathir has said that PLUS will reduce the toll rates by 18%.

the plus highway condition is terrible.
pothole and not safe. Still want to charge for another 20 years.
in other country, it is toll free and road condition very good

Forget it. Once it is toll free, the highway will be riverway with potholes everywhere. Third world country dude. Look at your JKR roads is good example. Toll free. You can use for life for free

Why promise before GE14 toll free if cannot do? Call GE15 asap.

Of course, government will not sell the CASH COW. Easy money without breaking sweat. Lack of creativity put them into pirates mode of making money. Toll is akin to extortions done by olden days rowdies in villages.
