Important Date:
3/4/13: The intercompany settlement, TT dot Com dividend-in-specie and TT dot Com capital repayment have been completed

8/4/13: Transfer of DIGI shares from TT dot Com to TIME dot COM (hereinafter referring as "TIMECOM") is expected to be completed at this date.

CK>> So, as the TIMECOM small-tiny-micro shareholder, I'm glad to hear this exciting announcement. It means TIMECOM will have DIGI shares in account on Monday and is now ready to distribute to its shareholders.

Let's wait for the announcement from TIMECOM about the entitlement date of this distribution-in-specie. How soon will it announces? I really have no idea. But I guess soonest will be next week. Let's wait and see...

To-recap, every 25 TIMECOM shares will get 6 DIGI shares. In other words,
- 2,500 TIMECOM shares will get 600 DIGI shares.
- 5,000 TIMECOM shares will get 1,200 DIGI shares.

Assuming TIMECOM share @ RM4.10 and DIGI share @ RM4.60.
- 25 TIMECOM shares will get RM27.60.
- In average, each TIMECOM share will get RM1.104.

Another more exciting and easier way to express this case would be:
TIMECOM will be soon announcing special dividend of RM1.104 per share.

every 25, you get 6 digi. therefore 200, you will receive a grand total of 48 digi shares. congrats. provided they vote for it at the agm.
