KUALA LUMPUR: Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd, one of Malaysia's biggest initial public offerings (IPOs) in recent years, made a steady debut on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities at its revised offer price of RM6.50 on Tuesday.

Titan is in RED ... one of the very few IPOs that in red ... in first day itself. Yesterday ... Advcon, a smallish company's listed ... with gap-up and surge like crazy.
 
So ... dont buy heavy IPO ... buy into smallish IPOs. Sell on day 1 of listing.

Titan was delisted few year back with $2.35 ; and the Lctitan iPO ask $8/ per piece of it share sure shy away most investors lor... most Old water fish oready learn the lessons ... only stupid IB tot water fish will take the silly iPo again nia.

thx for the history refreshing, almost forgot the delisting px.

i almost water fish also becos i see good processing margins of ard 5%+ for peers, but after i see ipo price, i say sorry to my banker, too high to buy.

Nobody like Parkson now. So delist 80 sen-RM 1 and relist later RM 2?

i wouldnt be surprised if parkson delist at 0.8-1 now, but relisting later is another question.

very hard since must be able to spin story.

lotte titan at least can spin story of decent processing margins in low crude oil environment, but parkson use what story????

Venture into e-commerce? Close down unprofitable stores mostly in M'sia(under PRA).
