Dear Valued investors, most of you are already talking about PRESBHD.
2 Years Ago, Presbhd Traded at a high of over RM 3.00 with a Market Capitalization of over RM 2.4 Billion. Investors should know how cheap this stock is today.
The Share Price Is possibly factoring potential bad news pending to be released. However, when the bad news is out, expect the stock to rebound as institutions probably already know what is going on in this stock. Should there be a slim possibility of good news and further contract wins, expect a strong reversal from this stock. RSI is at 0% which is at extremely oversold conditions !

By initiating this coverage today, I can boldly say that I have already beaten all these "Professional Analysts" by only initiating coverage at a price of RM 0.44.
If you look at the average price target of these banks, it is at RM 1.64 which is a potential 272.73% upside. Nevertheless, I am conservative and would expect a rebound on this stock to a price range of at least (RM 0.70 - RM 0.88)

PRESBHD LOOKS TO BE ON GOOD TERMS WITH THE GOVERNMENT BASED ON RECENT CONTRACT WINS.
Contract Value : RM 222,600,000 (4th Sept 2018) Contract Value : RM 11.62 Million (1Oct 2018)
Contract with PTPTN Malaysia for Jobmatching Services.
All these contract wins were made AFTER The Recent General Election WITH THE GOVERNMENT. Hence, Statistically, this company is still on good terms with the government.

not enough cash to excecute SKIN project,only less than 10m cash in hand,right issue is inevitable.2nd and 3rd largest shareholder(KWAP and AIA) is dumping big amount of shares,more than 80m shares waiting for offload,how to rebound?

I am not sure what have caused PresBhd plunged so much but the reason is definitely not right issue is coming. PresBhd just secured RM869mil + RM109mil financing for SKIN project and announced on 26th Sept'18. Thus, PresBhd does not need to do right issue.
On last 4th July'18, PresBhd's CEO met the Council of Eminent Persons (CEP) and presented the progress of SKIN project. After the meeting, he told reporters that CEP didn't terminate SKIN and the project would proceed as stated in contract.
I don't see any wrong in PresBhd's fundamental as of now. The reason of recent price plunge may just due to excessive panic (hope so).

So many flaw in this report.
1st PRESBHD is never a bluechip.
2nd Reference to target price from IB. Its better to ignore completely or divide it by 5.
3rd PRESBHD is fundamentally a bad company. Poor FCF, deteriorating margin and profit etc
