美国《华尔街日报》新闻网站于今日中午，刊出一则新闻报道透露，随着对1MDB调查行动升级，美国联邦检察官即将展开美国史上最大的资产充公行动。华尔街日报是根据知情人士报道有关消息。

（美国·华盛顿20日讯）美国《华尔街日报》新闻网站于今日中午，刊出一则新闻报道透露，随着对1MDB调查行动升级，美国联邦检察官即将展开美国史上最大的资产充公行动。华尔街日报是根据知情人士报道有关消息。 

 

根据知情人士透露，有关当局最快将在本周三早上（大马时间今晚）提呈民事诉讼，申请充公资产，这些资产将包括使用被指控盗用“大马政府国家投资基金”购买的地产以及产业。

美国政府上一次展开类似的充公诉讼是在2015年，要求充公三家涉嫌贪污的电讯公司与相关企业价值超过8.5亿美金的资产，目前诉讼仍在司法审讯过程中。

华尔街日报早前曾经报道与1MDB 基金相关的人物在美国投资地产以及生意。

美国联邦调查署国际贪污单位的探员已经对於一马发展公司相关的人物以及单位展开刑事调查。

这次的充公行动若属实，将是美国政府在1MDB调查行动下第一次采取行动，目前调查正在进行中。

KLSE has bad luck, every time when the FBMKLCI crossed 200 days SMA, 1MDB issue surfaces again in a big way. The index turns bearish again.
I feel very sad.

Panic selling down of Foreign Funds after reporting positive inflow for the last 7 days. FF really got no balls. It‘s better for them not to join KLSE if they are so easy to get shivering. EPF and local funds will buy back from them at cheaper price. As usual, FF is a tiger without any tooth now.
