CNN just broadcasted that UK will be the first country to vaccinate their citizens today and US will start to vaccinate the people next week.
Many investors are wondering whether they should sell their glove stocks when UK and US start to vaccinate the people.
You must see the safety guidelines by the US Department of Labour.
At a minimum, gloves must be used where there is reasonable anticipation of employee hand contact with blood, other potentially infectious material, mucous membranes, or non-intact skin; when performing vascular access procedures; or when handling or touching contaminated surfaces or items.
All medical staff must wear glove to inject vaccines.
Currently due the Covid 19 pandemic there is already a shortage of medical glove.
Additional glove will be required when UK and US start to vaccinate their people.
To prevent the spread of the coronavirus at least 70% of the population must be vaccinated. It will take a long time to produce enough of vaccines to vaccinate so many people.
Moreover, it will also take a long time to produce so much of medical gloves.
If you sell your glove stocks what other better stocks can you buy?
The pandemic is affecting all the listed companies except medical glove, medical products for the virus prevention and a few other products and services not affected by the pandemic.

Powerplant business is certainly Covid and Vaccine proof, the earning from power selling is recurring for long time. Glove manufacturers benefited the most when pandemic hit but with the Vaccine coming and eventually the pandemic will go away, not sure glove is still a good bet at this point of time. I sincerely hope those who still have faith in Gloves still can make money.

hahaha uncle. U r wrong. Yes medical personnel may need to wear a pair of gloves while giving the injection, but they do not need to change their gloves as frequent as they do when they dealing with covid patient. Wearing gloves during vaccine administration is to protect themselves. They can wear same pair of gloves and administer vaccine for a large group of people for hours until the gloves wear off. They could easily disinfect the gloves by using the hand rub gel/solution. So... yes the demand of gloves is there but not as much as when they dealing with a covid19 positive case
