NIBONG TEBAL: All schools are bound by the Dual Language Programme (DLP) ruling, Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek said.

She said there is no exception for any schools despite claims that elite schools could ignore the ruling.

"All schools must adhere to the DLP ruling.

"We have a guideline and if there are any issues, we will go to the ground to assist them," she told newsmen at SK Sungai Bakap here today.

She was responding to claims by a non-governmental organisation that elite schools were exempt from the DLP ruling.
