Mr. Yu Jian Loong has a strong background in both software development and financial strategy. As a Software Engineer at FactSet Research Systems in London from September 2021 to February 2024, he contributed to the design and development of financial software solutions for quantitative research. He worked within an agile team to create scalable systems that enabled efficient and accurate data analysis for global clients, ensuring the development of advanced financial modeling tools.

Currently, Mr. Yu Jian Loong serves as a Personal Assistant to the Executive Director of the Company, i.e. Dato' Dr. Yu Kuan Chon, where he plays a key role in financial strategy, property assessment, and cash flow management. He has successfully identified properties for fundraising opportunities, negotiated loan restructurings, and coordinated property sales, ensuring optimal use of assets and liquidity. Additionally, he manages a portfolio of residential and retail properties, fostering strong relationships with brokers, agents, financial institutions, and clients to streamline operations and drive successful transactions. His diverse experience in software development and financial management has equipped him with strong problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability skills in various professional environments.
