Puan Azizah has more than 26 years of experience in Technology industry with exposure across Malaysia and Asia Pacific. She is also a member of International Women's Federation of Commerce & Industry Malaysia (IWFCM) to advocate women as part of Diversity & Inclusion in marketplace and skilling for TVET initiative.

She is an investor and director with EcoGarageHub that provides environmental education awareness in order to prepare youths and general public on environmental matters.

Puan Azizah served in various senior positions at Microsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., where she held the position of General Manager from 1998 to 2009 and as Chief Executive Officer/ Managing Director including at Microsoft Brunei Sdn. Bhd. from 2010 to 2013, followed by General Manager, Small & Mid-Market Solutions and Partner Group. She later served as Chief Marketing & Operations Officer at Microsoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. from 2020 to 2022 before her last position as Chief Operations Officer at the same Company until 2024.
