In 1993, Puan Nor Faizah started as a Management Trainee with Boustead Holdings Berhad. The first trainee offered to take up articleship with the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountant (MICPA). As part of the articleship programme, she was assigned to various subsidiaries of Boustead Group and the last position held was an Accountant until
May 1997. She joined Medas Corporation Berhad as the Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance from October 1997 to October 1999. Responsible in the evaluation, monitoring and review of investments and projects undertaken by Medas Group, preparation of financial budgets and forecasts of the Medas Group. Liason with regulatory bodies such as KLSE, Securities Commission and Registrar of Companies. Responsible in tax computation and tax planning, treasury management and
consolidation of Medas Group accounts. In November 1999 to January 2021, Puan Nor Faizah joined Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn Bhd as the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Corporate Service Division. Primarily responsible for managing Finance, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, Project Monitoring Office, Employment Visa, Procurement and Data Analytics.
