Encik Abd Malik has more than 50 years of experience in finance and corporate services and has held various senior management positions in local and multinational companies covering diverse industries of Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Multi-level Marketing and Port Logistics segments.
He was formerly the Chairman of Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad and has served as Independent Director on the Board of Affin Bank Berhad, Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad, Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad, CYL Corporation Berhad, Innity Corporation Berhad and Lee Swee Kiat Group Berhad.
He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Mah Sing Group Berhad, Amway (Malaysia) Holdings Berhad and AYS Ventures Berhad.
