Sharks have accumulated so much bullets in anticipation of EY being appointed as SIR.. last week volume doesn’t commensurate with stock price.. pure accumulation strategy.

To me, wait till situation unfolds before investing in this counter.

1) Matter blew up because KPMG refuse to acknowledge some transactions and recommended EY to be appointed as reviewer.
2) SD took 2 months to do this and at the behest of Bursa. Why need 2 months? In the end, KPMG got what they want, which is EY appointment. This is good news to KPMG.
3) KWSP left the house, once the biggies leave, stock price never recovers.
4) Karim forced to sell his stocks cheaply. He is the CEO and knows SD better than everyone else. Why sell cheaply? TOP up margin if everything is ok at SD.
5) INEDs resign, auditors fired, change of chairman. No matter how u view this, it’s bad corporate governance.

To day traders, SD is godsent playing ground.

For new investors, wait till audit issue is over.
