A lot of poeple believe a chance for the stock to be priced at 20 one day, with good reasoning and rationale, but a few like you with NIAT JAHAT of a quick buck by taking advantage of people by creating fear of missing out. The more JAHAT you are, the more udang sebalik batu of you getting exposed. That is really stup*d. If you know how to hide your NIAT, you can have a better chance. But JAHAT and STUP*D at the same time your plan will fail very uglily. Even if you are able to bag some profit, it is not because of your plan get through, but just because of your luck. But your JAHAT deeds actually reducing your chance or speed of making profit. Learn to be polite if you want to be a successful cunt.

Not only I am able to say you are the one that is dumb, I am also able to prove you ARE dumb, as explained above.

If you have 100% faith in the price you mention, go borrow the whole bank and buy it yourself, no need to ask and shout getting people to buy. You have plenty of opportunity to do so as it hit 16.50 a few times, no need to come out make a belly dance to catch attention when the price bounce to 17.00. You made so much noise because you hate people "damage" your plan. You think like this because you are really dumb due to your very narrow mind in believing other people are dumb too. One useful skill is to be recognise the ill minds of people like you to reduce the risks of investment (which is also costs of investment).

I tell you what, a conclusion of the price will go up to 20 is a rubbish, pure rubbish if you cannot give resonable and substational rationale that it worth that much. A conclusion without a proper method and evidence to support, is PURE RUBBISH.

Why you CANNOT WAIT for the price to go up? You cannot bear the interest rate kah? Or you think it is too risky for yourself to hold for another 6 months? Nothing else than NIAT JAHAT. 🤣

High gearing fast growing tech stock may get traction after interest rate cut. But interest rate cut could be also the signal of economy starts to get into trouble. In the end it goes back to the fundamentals whether or not US and advanced market people have excess money for durable tech products.

Next time I will share in more details why I know the price could be "fake" and why you should not just see the closing price. However I think that my statement has already spurred your curiosity and trigger you to think "why" yourself and get some ideas, which I have no time to explain in length here. That curiosity and eagerness to know are more meaningful and helpful, I hope.

It was artificially pushed up after 17.24. The buyer and seller are the same person at price beyond 17.24. Too fake. I hope the price to go to 20 too. But this kind of price manipulation is very unhealthy.

Conclusion: Don't trust anyone to buy or sell at specific price (you can't even know whether they are actually buying or selling), do your homework and set the target buying/selling price yourself. This should be the way, safe one. Only buy the one you know, what you don't know, it doesn't belong to you no matter how good it is.

Once you are able to do that, you don't really mind to be alone, without any follower, without any echo, without anyone's approval, without the need to prove yourself (because you are your own boss, your money your say). You just need to make sure you are responsible to yourself in everything to you do when boils down to the decision of buying or selling a thing. Whenever I buy or sell, I don't give a damn care to what other people say inside or outside the forum. I only refer to MY homework.

That's what I understand, believe, and do.

There is no right or wrong decision to buy or sell at specific price. It all depends on how much you know about the stock you are buying / selling and how much you know about the stock that you are switching to. It is a matter of INFORMATION and INSIGHT. You can't buy or sell something just because someone told you to. If you have both information and insight, I don't think you need anyone's recommendation.

I want to grab more return, so I decided to take some calculated risk to do "forward investment", trying to act ahead of changes.

Looking at long-term irreversible factors, I think CPO price cycle and range has already entered a new normal. So does other agricultural commodities, including eggs, poultry and so on.

So adversed weather coupled with low production season plus peak consumption season in China (CNY), muslim countries, the price will quickly u-turn. That's why the CPO remains strong at above 3,700 / MT.

Sumatra and Southern Kalimantan received a lot less rainfall this year, 200ml less than before, correct me if I'm wrong. The effect will reveal in less than 6 months time.

Stock is temporarily high because the peak production season has just over. We are now entering low season in Q1 2024. Buyer will aware of this and whoever buy first bulk volume would be able to get the best price. The 2nd buyer will have to pay more.

Hi Lionel, I shifted my focus and got too immersed in UP.

I agree that we shouldn't trade too often.

Most of my work is done but I think this is a good time to observe, study and research. Both fundamental and technical analysis. Just like AI, we need to "see" more to upgrade our skills. I don't restrict myself on just fundamental or technical because knowing all help creating a more prudent strategy. Trading skill is also important as I need it sometime to re-allocate capital according to my fundamental analysis.

Hi Ahlian, thanks. I didn't worry. But I discovered there were moments I couldn't see things clearly when over excited. Being prudent is an important skill often ignored. Lionel's words came to my mind yesterday 12 a.m. I think to be prudent we must first be humble in exchanging and evaluating opinion. This attitude helps a lot.

Because there are large capital held to "wait" for the price to come down, if the price does not come down quickly, they are not going to wait for too long. Many bought recently not just because of the dividend, but they don't want to miss the chance to own shares, therefore there, after 2 weeks when the dividend is received there will be another wave of buying / reinvestment. Those who strategize to buy ex-date sure aware of this so they won't wait until 2 weeks to act.

The implication is the stock price will be less volatile. As you can see shareholding of EPF reduced from 35 mil shares last year till around 13-14 mil shares today, almost 20 mil shares sold but the price only drops from the peak of 17.55 to 16.72. Which means that there are strong demand for its shares. As the price goes lower this demand will only be higher. The shareholder profile for this stock is also different from other "cheaper" stocks. In fact there are many institute shareholders among the top 30. I am very sure institute like life insurance companies have thick interests on this kind of stock. When price goes down a lot of volume but when price goes up very little volume. This means other than EPF is motivated to sell, others are not willing to sell. As the supply of shares become less, price will be easier to go up in future, assuming fundamentals do not change.

Ya. But they sell a lot less... they are just doing very limited profit taking. Obviously, they don't want to totally let go this fixed income asset. You can assume them to be much less agressive than EPF. These assets are vital blood flow to them to fund their activities. Unlike EPF is able to get continuous cash contribution from the employees, PPPNP doesn't have this. So they bound to be a lot more conservative.
