Actually Thong and PAC can just surrender their PB with corrospond amout of WC to insas shares and trigger the conditional MGO.

Even if shareholders rejected the MGO offer Thong and PAC can still convert whatever WC they still hold and cross the 50% and rendered the MGO unconditional at the end of MGO closing date.

Every shareholders of icapital must thank COL for NAV discount of ICAP widened from 17.51% to 27.36%.

So when will icapital declared the dividend of 1% of the NAV per share, plus 8% of the difference between ICAP's share price and NAV?

Insas BOD decided to take profit on Inari as most insas shareholders want Insas to take profit. So no complaint from me when Insas sold some Inari shares to report a good quarter result.

The problems is I cannot understand why Insas BOD hold such a large cash hoard of over RM 1 billion?

Insas accumulated so much cash in preparation for Thong to cross over 33% and make a MGO.

I expect the gain of disposal on these 8.5 million inari shares is about RM 16.29 million

And the quater before that Insas Tech disposed 5 million Inari share on 27 Dec 2023 to Media Lang and reported gain of disposal RM 9.445 million.

The cash inflow from the disposal is about RM 31.86 million

The last quater insas report disposal gain of RM 6.1 million from 10 million inari share disposed Media Lang

Media Liang holding cost on Inari is about RM 2.60
insas plaza holding cost on inari is on equity accounting Inari NAPS is RM 0.736.

So more cash coming in and you can work out the gain on disposal of associate shares.

KUALA LUMPUR (May 28): Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd (KL:KPPROP) plans to launch two new residential projects in the Klang Valley with a combined gross development value (GDV) of RM395 million this year.

The first project located in Sentul comprises 587 units of serviced apartments in a 52-storey block, while the second one in Shah Alam features 479 units of serviced apartments and 14 retail units in a 39-storey block.

The two projects will provide earnings visibility of up to four years, group executive chairman Datin Toh Siew Chuon said at Kerjaya Prospek Property's financial results briefing on Tuesday.

Anyhow I already move most of my Insas to jayatiasa. Jayatiasa should break it 52 weeks high of RM1.53 by year end if CPO price can maintain above RM 3900 then the next 2 quarter result will be very good

Insas 52 weeks high is RM 1.35 so each peak is higher than the last peak. Will history repeat again?
