What is your opinion after they had completed all the EDC installation?
The company's biz should focus on the maintenance, system enhancements and software integration with other fintech features.

Even Apple, the largest company in the world couldn't sell more Iphones. Hardware sales has a limitation after everyone has one.
Think about it.

IBs still have about 1 billion to dispose.
Hard to fly till the clear the selling pressure.
Besides that, there's 35%(5.6 billion) free float of the total 16 billion shares.

Really depends on the company whether there is new issuance of shares to fund new acquisition.

Trend is clear. Push down below 90 sen later pump up to 1.00.

SPE highway(aka Duke phase3) will be completed next year.
Possible for EPF to buy up a portion similar to the Duke 1 & 2 and declared huge dividend.

Ekovest tolls are new tollways.

Unlikely for Governemnt to discuss at this moment.

The government are targeting high traffic and mature tollways first.

Long way to go before it reaches discussion on Duke highways.

By then, GE15 will swing by and if the current government can still be in power, then only be concern on this.

We can't deny the oversupply of new shopping malls mushrooming in Klang Valley.
But the ones that retain good anchor tenants, maintain above 95% occupancy in their tenancy and are strategic located should do well in the long term.

I would believe others would fail and close down in the near future.
Hopefully,the company able to dispose the struggling malls away and focus on the power plant and renewal energy biz.

Yup. Totally agreed!

The total net gain from the disposal cannot be awarded fully to shareholders as dividend.
As they disposed off, so are their ownership of the planes.
Airasia will need cash to lease back the planes every year.
1 plane rental cost approximately RM13 mil a year.
Currently, Airasia has more than 200 planes.
That's about RM2.6 billion of rental payment per year.

Since when did IWCITY involve in ERCL project.
Why the hype?

Buying with your own skills and foresight is much more satisfying.
Anyway, when you see him buying the counter, the best is to start selling.
It's useless trying to point fingers.
Do your own homework and buy quietly!

Thanks for your advise.
I do check them once a week to see if it matched.

Already flew since early January, from 80 cent.

I also invest in US stocks but I prefer to put my order(buy/sell) by 11pm(Msia time) and leave there for many months/years.
Don't really bother about it since it's an investment rather than gambling/speculating.

Looks like there's some here who have sleepless nights.
A suggestions is to stay away from the stock market.

After the quarter result out, you'll know the answer.
Result to include the 25mil payout to Star

Just a correction only.
Already rally 40% from 1.22 to 1.70 in 2 months.

I think Yinson is a better buy for FPSO biz.

Rights and debts are the common ones. But I think the company prefers private placements and warrants as seen in the past years.

Wow, this company has 1.9 billion shares (inclusive of warrant).

PChem is a big cap counter at RM70 bil and 8 billion share.
In order to make a leap for a 100% return , may require a decade or even more.
But nevertheless it's a blue chip, stable with consistent dividend.

MFCB's power plant in Laos is hydropower whereas Jak's coal fired power plant.
I believe hydro powered plant has better profit margin than coal fired plants as they do not incur cost like coal(price in USD) to run it.
Besides, they can't control the price of the commodities.
Even with "pass through", it still face the inefficiency which also happen to energy giant like TNB.

It was reported in the latest edition of The Edge Weekly that the 260MW Don Sahong power plant in Loas which is 80% (208MW) owned by MFCB is expected to commence operation in early 2020. It is expected to contribute US$60-70M annual profits to MFCB. MFCB is expected to fully paid off its loans in 3 years

Jaks currently owns 30% of the 1,200MW Hai Duong plant, effectively equivalent to 360MW. If using MFCB profit of around US$0.31m (65m/208MW) per MW, Jaks is expected to make US$111m (RM450m) annual profits from its Vietnam IPP. Equivalent to EPS 0f RM0.77 (RM450/584m shares)
