By the way, JAKS is replacing some water pipes in Bandar Kinrara.
The road towards BK1 is partly blocked since early 2018.
Until today never seen any workers or machineries moving or doing anything.
The road blocked cause traffic jams especially during peak hours.

Our issue for a simple water pipe change is small as compared to the property development in Section13 PJ.

I don't think the company is running anything at this moment.

Shahril: I cannot answer that question. I don’t know, maybe there is a lack of understanding and appreciation of the company and the industry. We have been in a difficult situation for three years, so changing three years of conditioning is going to take some time. And to change it, we must show results.

I think once we start showing results in the next couple of years, only then will the mindset change.

It's interesting to see that the CEO is not willing to fully subscribe to it's rights issue allocated to him.
Instead he prefers to let his shareholding being diluted.
In other words, he is not confident of his own company performing and expecting his shares to be worthless in the future.
If his share price is worth RM3.00 per share in the next 5 years, don't you think that subscribing to the rights at 30 cent per share sounds enticing?

The profit growth may be affected by the local property segment. It seems getting worse by the quarter. Any profit that comes in from the power plant have to bail out the local property segment.

The counter's latest 2 consecutive quarter results also registered declining sales and profit.

However, if the result is super impressive, the share price may go up naturally.
For example, next QR revenue is RM100 mil & net profit 20 mil.

I really doubt it doesn't have impact on share price.

So far fundamentals are still strong.
Probably just the external news causing some anxiety among short term investors and day traders.

Construction in RAPID almost completed.
Revenue and profit from this segment should reduce substantially in the next few quarters.
Not much upside already.
Better go for other counters.

By the way, based on yesterday night last quarter resukt, Apple missed Iphone shipments by 1.3 mil unit.

According to them, this will the last quarter the company will release no of units sold for all their products. CFO mentioned , it's a change in reporting method.
Guess this will impact on future computations and estimates.
