This is the steel bar used in the construction of a building in China. Its fragility is disturbing. In China, it’s everyone's dream to own their own home. China's real estate industry is arguably the largest in the world. The majority of Chinese people's savings are invested in their homes. But the quality of China's housing construction has always been a concern for buyers and residents alike. The Chinese refer to buildings that are of poor quality or even have serious safety problems as tofu-dreg projects.
These are just some of the tofu-dreg projects in China so far this year. The term "tofu-dreg" was first coined by former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji. After he inspected the collapse of floodwalls in a southern city in 1998, the Premier angrily criticized it as a "tofu-dreg project" when asked about the cause of the failure. Since then, the term "tofu-dreg construction" has appeared frequently in all major Chinese media and has gradually become well known.
More than two decades later, the collapse of "tofu-dreg" projects in China has not disappeared or decreased. Instead, it has become more frequent. It keeps repeating itself and eventually becomes a characteristic of China that is known by the world

Semiconductor and Electric Vehicle stocks are still growing for next 5 years, I do not think technology stock is around the peak.
I will still buy semiconductor stock especially Unisem when buy signal appears again based on TA.

　　年轻人就业难在哪儿？在职业选择上应该注意什么？相关部门如何加强服务和引导？记者采访了权威部门和专家。

　　总量增长带来就业挑战

　　“随着经济稳定恢复，今年就业形势总体回暖。但是青年群体就业压力依然较大，其中一个重要原因是求职的年轻人不断增加，使得竞争更加激烈。”中国人民大学就业研究所所长曾湘泉分析说。

　　“年轻人就业还面临一定困难，可能和春节后大量年轻人进入劳动力市场带来摩擦性失业有关。年轻人就业问题的解决还需要一段时间，这方面总量压力确实存在。”国家统计局新闻发言人刘爱华说。

　“尽管一季度有效职位量同比增长102%，但找工作也没有变得很容易，近三成受访者在3月进行简历投递后没有收到面试机会。”前程无忧首席人力资源专家冯丽娟表示，大学生签约率同比明显增加，但不如2019年。

　　据智联招聘人力资源顾问王一新介绍，与2019年相比，今年企业招聘人数和求职人数同比均上涨，但招聘人数涨幅低于求职人数涨幅。

　　2021届全国普通高校毕业生达909万人，再创历史新高。然而，今年新进入就业市场的年轻人远不止这个数目，还包括自考、函授等非全日制高校毕业生，初高中毕业生，以及仍未就业的2020届毕业生。

　　智联招聘平台数据显示，3月，仍有41.6万2020届毕业生在求职，同时海归回国求职人数也大幅增长。“随着6月份毕业季来临，年轻人就业仍存在较大压力。”国家统计局人口和就业统计司司长张毅说。

年轻人就业确实面临复杂形势，但多位专家表示，青年失业率偏高不完全是疫情冲击经济导致，和年轻人择业观念转变不够、职业技能不匹配等都有较大关系。

　　曾湘泉表示，一流名牌大学毕业生一直“不愁嫁”，但普通高校特别是二、三类院校的部分毕业生，综合素质相对没那么强，也缺乏某一方面的突出技能，如果不愿放低对行业、雇主、待遇等方面的要求，就容易“眼高手低”，找工作“高不成、低不就”。

　　从招聘机构数据看，受疫情影响，今年高校毕业生求稳心态更明显，扎堆去大企业、国企，更增加了岗位匹配的难度。

　　浙江一所普通大学智能交通技术专业的研究生小乔告诉记者，同专业7名准毕业生，包括自己在内只有两名已经签约，还有3名备考公务员、1名准备读博、1名延期毕业。

　“企业这两年对年轻人的兴趣和招聘投入越来越大，但制造业企业、民营企业很难招到应届生。‘95后’‘00后’就业呈现明显的个性化趋势，家庭经济条件好的更不愿将就。地点远了不去、收入低了不行，所以大学生更多面临的是选择困难和就业迁就的问题。”冯丽娟说。

　　湖南一所三本院校的2021届毕业生小曹坦言：“参加了许多招聘会也没找到合适的工作，家里人也支持我别凑合，实在不行毕业后继续找也没关系。学校比我着急，一直催着要赶紧确定签约。”

　　记者采访发现，面对就业压力增长，毕业生也有焦虑，然而部分人并没有改变实际选择时的要求，缓就业、慢就业现象在增长。

　　智联招聘进行的2021应届毕业生调查显示，截至4月中旬，8000多名受访者只有56.9%选择找工作，较去年下降了18.9个百分点；12.8%选择慢就业，同比上升6.6个百分点。

　随着就业竞争加剧及雇主要求的提升，化解青年就业难题，既需要稳企业扩就业的政策服务，也离不开职业教育和引导，让大学生增强实践经验、做出职业规划，有针对性地培养职业技能。

　　“经过多年扩招，我国已有超2.18亿人具有大学学历。抛开经济的短期波动影响，以高校毕业生为代表的年轻人，始终面临就业选择和挑战的问题。而这不是临毕业最后几个月就能化解的，除了职业教育分流外，还应该从整个培养过程进行调整。”曾湘泉表示。

　　他说，比如高校专业设置和技能培养，能不能根据社会发展变化和企业需要进行及时调整？有些学生选择专业并非兴趣所向，学校能否提供更多实习、见习机会，开展必要的职业培训，引导学生尽早明确就业意向？

　　“红火的电竞游戏、娱乐直播平台，看起来从业门槛不高，实际上也需要很强的专业能力。不少主播的学习态度、强度都远超普通大学生。无论从事哪一行，都最好提前了解、具备技能。”曾湘泉说。

　　实际上，面对外部环境变化，大学生群体也在调整发展路径，越来越多人选择继续深造，或投身灵活就业、自由职业等多元的就业形态。

　　宏观层面，就业优先政策仍在继续强化。近日召开的国务院常务会议，决定将部分减负稳岗扩就业政策期限延长到今年底，并推出多项支持大学生就业创业的举措。

随着经济复苏特别是服务业稳步恢复，吸纳就业能力将明显增强。人社部表示，下一步还将在岗位推送、能力提升、渠道拓展等方面加力推进，全力支持高校毕业生就业创业。
