Description
SL INNOVATION CAPITAL BERHAD announced a quarterly dividend of RM 0.0300 per share. The dividend is payable on 02-Oct-2024, while the ex-date will be on 30-Sep-2024. This is higher than the previous dividend of RM 0.0150 per share, with ex-date of 20-Jul-2023 and paid to the shareholders on 28-Jul-2023.

The Company provides ERP software, accounting software and solutions, ERP support and related IT consultancy services.It offers Pronto, ERP business software for businesses operating in the construction, distribution, manufacturing and retail industries. The Company's Infor M3 is an ERP software for the companies engaged in food and beverage, wholesale, building material, chemical, and steel and metal processing industries.
The Company also provides a supply chain management software, Optimity. Optimity offers solutions for demand and planning, supply chain optimization, and inventory optimization. It offers digitization solutions for digital marketing, business intelligence and business analytics. The Company also provides IT infrastructure services to enterprises.
How to be entitled
To be entitled for any of the above, you need to purchase the shares one trading day before the ex-Date. You will not be entitled for the above if you purchase the shares on or after the ex-Date. On ex-Date, the price will be adjusted to reflect the theoretical market price of the stock after the entitlement. You can sell the shares on / after ex-Date and still be entitled to the corporate exercise. The key is to purchase the shares before ex-Date.
How to apply
No application is needed. Shareholders that fulfill the requirement above will receive the dividend in their registered bank account on the payment date automatically. Discussions
