Axteria Group Bhd., formerly Acoustech Berhad, is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and trading of speaker units, multimedia speaker systems and developing properties. The Company's segments include audio division, which is engaged in manufacturing, assembly and sales of speaker units; multimedia speaker systems, including component parts; and property development division, which is engaged in developing of properties, and investment holding. The Company's subsidiaries include Formosa Prosonic Technics Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacturing and assembly of speaker units, multi-media speaker systems and molded plastic parts, and Teras Eco Sdn. Bhd. and JM Cemerlang Sdn. Bhd., which are involved in property development.

To be entitled for any of the above, you need to purchase the shares one trading day before the ex-Date. You will not be entitled for the above if you purchase the shares on or after the ex-Date.

On ex-Date, the price will be adjusted to reflect the theoretical market price of the stock after the entitlement. You can sell the shares on / after ex-Date and still be entitled to the corporate exercise. The key is to purchase the shares before ex-Date.

No application is needed. Shareholders that fulfill the requirement above will receive the dividend in their registered bank account on the payment date automatically.
