Who is to be blamed for that ? Is it the citizens or the total educational sytem which has failed. We boast of having high level of financial systems and experts in that field in the country. We boast of having ability to attact foreign banks to invest in our financial instruments. Unfortunately we have not done anything to educate our citizens of the basic of financial planning and we have Experts saying Malaysians have low awareness of financial planning. What a joke !
