if 40 years ago a bowl of mee is 5sen, and nowadays a bowl of mee is selling at RM6, then RM10,000 40 years ago is equal to RM1,200,000 today.

Few people are this level Surely not the knowledgable one as they either always want to know their fair value Or always argue about macro views and they will always be Warren Buffet of the day during bull market.

How long can they last? Well as long as Bull market last i think.

Basic fact remains as the above example shown if you are not compounding you are earning nuts as simple question is How much can you earn in a single year ya?

Company earning can be compounded year after year. Number of share holding can be compounded. Dividend yield can be compounded. please dont compound the stock price.
