I would like to issue a DISCLAIMER OPINION on this article.
It mention that richdad borrowed $10,000 from others to invest in real estate as down payment. This is the same idea posted in Rich Dad Poor Dad books, which is a kind of risky leverage. Most importantly, this is just a presumption, without clearly mentioned how he gain that knowledge.
If applied carefully before 2007, those folks DID EARN multiple folds of profit. But what happend to those did it later? Lyman Brothers?
In reality, many costly financial lessons, including 真善美 (cheapest, cost RM 200) financial lessons do little help on boosting your success. Even those financial lessons costing RM thousands also similar. It makes the lecturer richer.
No result.
