不要碰"黃金"---未來全球的利率是向上攀升的---不會降息!升息是會提高貨幣(現金的)價值,買"黃金"是沒有利息的收入,當然大部分的投資人是會選購有利息收入的產品,所以金價肯定是會下跌的!更何況,通貨膨脹會上升很多,現金流通量會下降,"黃金"不是必需品,現金少的時候去投資"黃金"或"房地產",價格高過收入或好處很多,根本就是自找死路.
