yea, astro sunset biz la..just for old folks...next 10-20 years, astro profit will be slash by half at least..
all my colleagues, none of them are watching astro, we can easily get pirated SKYBOX, online tv, mitv, android box with super cheap price...

If the outlook for the stock is good, why Astro keep hitting lower lows since IPO at RM3.50? What have changed? Mainly the online shopping channel?

I'm sorry to say that your points are misleading. Please take a look at ASTRO's financial report and see how much is the debts and accumulated losses. If you think that's ok, make sense, justifiable or whatever, I wish you good luck! With this, do you still think that "ASTRO是一间可長线投资的公司"? Just my humble opinion.

kcchong course is very basic and minimal, but a baby step to real FA. I will recommend read a lot of books, from charlie munger, peter lynch to warren buffet and joel greenbalt. If you read, your best investment is to invested to yourself!

Is it advanced Math? Advanced accounting? Advanced algorithm ? Advanced cash flow methods that allow KYY to benefit handsomely from the HK crash?

...or just plain old businessman instincts for risks and of risks?

Weren't there armies of accountants, economists, professors and valuers and CFAs in HK at that time?
