Thank you Tan KW for compiling. YTD FBMKLCI +1.408%, only 12 out of 72 portfolios (16.7%) have outperformed the benchmark index. It will be interesting to see how it will be like at the end of 2016.

Actually from self-managed portfolio, there is one who buy and hold and can beat us all. Vews08's portfolio already 19.95% return.

Whatever you are buying, if the businesses are dying (not growing) or future prospect not clear, high debts (you don't need to go and bodek people), high circulation of stocks (stock not concentrated on major shareholders), stay away.
