Yes,

Denia Development is selling some Super Link houses around Rm600k in Nusajaya.

Over in Tmn Pelangi Indah, Pelangi Bhd still have some single storey houses for Rm428,000.

These are new ones.

Best is to buy cheaper ones from secondary market near Tmn Perling & Tmn Molek

Ikano has just proposed to Launch IKEA in Johor by End 2017 in Johor.

The site is in Tebrau. So the Top Beneficiary will be these 2

1) PLENITUDE Who Sold The Land to IKANO. Its houses will sell very well due to IKEA
2) DAIMAN whose Tmn Johor Jaya is just across the highway.
