Yes, Masterskill was truly a junk, a big lemon which I knew very well. I didn't talk about it as nobody asked me about it. What I document here were stocks forum people asked me about and I provided my opinion and summarized them. I like to talk about things I have documented so that I won't be accused as a "canon behind the horse back".

Yes, Frank is my friend and he is very bitter about KNM. I could understand him. But he harps about it now because he has good intention; to warn newbies to beware of the big lemon, KNM, which many newbies were cheated.

And now there are manipulators trying to cheat newbies again.

My MU senior, I don't know why, he likes to punt those lemons. But I think like most Chinese, they like to punt, but with small amount of money, for fun, I hope.

I'm an auditor (precisely ex-auditor) specialize in construction & PD audit. If you sitting in air-cond room and think that the net profit from construction and PD will be "certain" and there is no uncertainties, then you are the biggest fool. I will not buy any construction share mainly because of the leakage in related party transaction, you sub i sub, sub to who you also cannot track. Open tender, most of the time is a joke. For those with big project in Malaysia, don't buy during election year. Good luck to you all.

Anybody who has involved in construction knows the problems in construction contracts, especially those gotten by competitive bidding. He knows about it very well too as he always discuss about the difficulties. These include operation problems, payment problems, time constraints, competitive bidding, labour and material problems etc. Problems are exaggerated for overseas construction contracts, the oil and gas industry which is in deep doldrums, the operation environment etc.

Yet, just because the CEO of the company says his projects will have no problem in the future and it is taken as the truth. That easy? That simple?

The runner even says there is no uncertainties at all in their construction earnings, knowing that in the past the company has lost money, huge amount of money, having huge book order, of the same kind of work.

So do you see the danger?

Read what he says here. Won't you be alarmed? Scared?

So when the project stalled, the Chinese will have to carry on paying Jaks?

If the project delayed, lose money, the Chinese promises to pay whatever Jaks claim?

If if there is short of coal supply and become very expensive, the Chinese will singly bear all the costs?

If the Vietnamese can't or don't pay for power supply, Jaks will still get its payment?

If the Chinese goes to war with the Vietnamese and abandon the project, Jaks will still get paid for all construction "revenue", and power payment?

If there is financial crisis and interest rate goes up sky high, Jaks will still get all its profit?

if Dong devalued 50%, the Chinese will have to pay them in USD?

There is zero uncertainty at all for revenue and profit for Jaks?

etc. etc. etc.

masterNoskill - it was my first counter in stock market many many moons ago. The down fall of high dividend yield investing. My capital suffered a significant set back, this was a fact and I am not ashamed to admit on this silly mistake. Paid a very expensive tuition fees for the mistake, feeling better by treating it as spending money to buy experience for self comforting. Those new-horns who still think of dividend investing day & night , they are missing out that the sustainability of dividend payment is very important.

If you notice some of the promoters, day & night chanting all the good songs ,cannot tolerate any opposing negative views on their promotion. Very very confirmed, the hard sell promoters got stuck big time & trying to recoup losses desperately on the counter - if the counter is fundamentally weak. Hoping the unsuspecting greenhorns to come in for their own evil intent to escape.

Some forumers, after certain period of time will gain the acknowledgement & respect from the readers for their consistent good picks. These forumers are soon be known as the "sifu" category. There are indeed some good sifus who are consistent, genuine and withhold the trust out there in i3.

There are "sifus" who turned into crook by promoting junk counter after they gained trust based on the previous track records as well. The crook "sifus" betrayed their follower trust the moment the "sifus" promoting the junk rated counter. They will be a lot of blind unsuspecting followers who don't know even know how to distinguish fundamentally strong or weak stock will come out to defend the so called crook "sifus" with their absolute blind loyalty. The statement of the followers defend are very typical - "no one put the gun on your head to force you to buy, your money your responsibility" or "different type of investors, different risks appetite, you should gauge your own risk appetite before following".

They are doing it for the fear that the "sifus" no longer want to share with them good tipsy and they are doing it bcoz they are heavily in the stocks after "sifus" recommendation. Some decided to remain silent because the "sifus" are their friend & they want to avoid argument. The followers share a common characteristic - expecting fish to be given instead of learning how to fish.

The statement above will offend a lot of people out there but it is the truth on what happened, happening and will happens. This cycle have been repeating over & over.

You have been here long enough to observe the similar to what I have been observing. Till we meet again Mr.Frank Soweto.
