From Rm26 psf to Rm1,000 psf means a jump of 3,800%
Focal Aims was only 11 sen in year 2,009
After Ecoworld took over Focal Aims at Rm1.40 - Price shot up to Rm4.00 - Up a whopping 3,800% from 11 sen
Same goes for Tebrau at 10 sen in year 2,006
