Get rid of all ketuanan. Ketuanan shackles the mind of those expecting handout. It prohibits the mind from exploring and progressing. Hence, unable to participate in a healthy open environment of competitions in business, education and etc. How to command respect when you can't compete in a market environment? Ideas and products need the market force to determine winner. Otherwise, it is a fake winner.

Religions and state must be separated. Advance nations does not allow religious organisation to dictate the affairs of the nation. Any community or society decides that religious authority should dictate their life will restrict individual freedom and inhibits the societies' talent. Minority in a religious society tend to suffer from discrimination due to a rigid dogmatic social regulations.
