Suppose ur friend borrow from u rm 20k....and return to u say rm 22k after 5 yrs with a 10% gain....is it good leh ??
Of course no good loh...compound return is 2% pa loh....if u put in fixed deposits is 4% pa loh....!!
And 4% pa compound over 5 yrs will give rm 24k mah....!!

U don understand the principle of compounding, which is a basic to wealth building, u have no business sense loh....!!
