ECRL can instead turn into tolled highway! Like it or not, this is the only way to recoup some of the investment made!

What is the penalty cost ? is it worth paying for nothing. What about our trade, highest in 2017, will this affected ? Really is a short term gain and long term pain....

IF THERE ARE PENALTY....THE ALA RASA LOH....!!
IN FACT THE PH GOVT IS EXPLORING REFUND ON PROJECT CANCELLATION MAH.....!!

Are you sure the penalty is imposed on the fund already paid ie. to certain stage of the project. Could the penalty be based on the overall project sum.
