世界银行（World Bank）今天公布“2019年全球经济展望报告”，报告封面标题直接讲明“天要黑了”，看坏全球经济增长。世银明确表示，尤其是美国和中国正打贸易关税战，不但两败俱伤、还拖累全球，世银警告，美、中经济同时急遽放缓，对全球经济前景可能产生严重影响。

另外，包括国际贸易和制造业活动疲软，贸易紧张局势居高不下，部分新兴市场大型经济体经历巨大金融市场压力，也都让世银看淡全球经济。
世银警示，包括中国、印尼、马来西亚、菲律宾及泰国在内的一些新兴市场经济体，都有出现资本外流、货币贬值、股市修正及外汇准备金减少

I don't like 马后炮，cause I rather predict than 马后炮. Well, I just share my analysis like others financial analyst from newspaper or TV show, if you like it then you can treat it as one of yours reference only, some more I'm neither to receive a single cent from anyone pocket nor selling any courses too :-)

@VenFx, I don't see ringgit can strengthen to 3.8, but I think ringgit can strengthen to around 4.0886 or 4.0303.
