At this late,late stage of the bull market (since 2008), isnt it trivial fact that there are more n more waterfall n 'undervalued' stks n fewer n fewer stks that are in uptrend or holding above water ?
the next big move in stk markets will be steep down, (something u will preparing for, remember ?) even Trump cant do anything abt it, in fact, he shd bear the responsibility as the main catalyst fo ending the longest bull market in recent times.
Now is just trading market, still looking at waterfalls ??
Maybe just do book sharing, has more value than recycled, stale ideas.

Is seal and atta considered undervalued if no one wants to buy their assets for sale? Somehow I don't think accounting methods properly underline the assets for sale of property counters.

one also needs to look at the political aspects of these companies, especially property and infrastructure related companies..
