They should have ban mass gathering right from the beginning when they have the first 28 case. What were they thinking. I think most Malays don't really care about their health. Most civil servants that I know has diabetic problem. Because they like to eat kuih muih. 4 hours of unproductive meeting plus makan-makan kuih muih and only 4 hours of serious work.
