Whenever I read comments like this I feel how shallow and brainless a huge part of the population is.

The MCO is mean as a conformity and mutual support from all individuals in the country to combat the virus. The general call is for "self isolation" to slow down and freeze the movement of the virus.

Every individual "rebellion" costs the government resources and manpower to handle which wastes time and work which can be easily spent to do other work.

Looking at the video, the individual can easily just say ok, go back buy a skipping rope and do jump ropes in the comfort of his own home for only 2 weeks.

But arguing and complaining causes a big group to come, video, police and individual which increases the possibility of spreading virus ( the whole point of MCO).

And trying to say death just because of 2 weeks no exercise shows idiocy and complaining just because they can.

If everyone just gets with the program, then police officers can be deployed elsewhere and actually do their jobs.

Please understand, healthcare and government forces are being stretched during this trying period. Being selfish and "smartass" does nothing for the general public. Arguing the letter of the law instead of understanding the point of the self isolation is the height of stupidity. What if someone will positive results were to go jogging and spread to police officers? How would they have known? Why take the risk? Why cause such a fuss?

Only academics always think they are right.

I dont really see anything wrong with this. Not like you're group jogging, or spraying COVID into the air or touching the trees while you jog so someone touches it later gets infected. I agree gym is bad but outside jogging as long alone and social distancing is still fine. And also consider the consequences of entire nation of no exercise for 2 weeks, how much death can be attributed to that? That's an invisible risk.

What do you mean there in no proof? How do you about the flu virus and chicken pox? It makes basic sense. You self isolate. It has already been proven that this virus spreads similarly to Sars and flu like symptoms.

guys...its really easy to beat the virus. The prescription is only 3 tablets below:

Tablet 1: Space
..............

Keep distance of 2 meters. Stay at home - only go out for essential shopping.

Tablet 2: Time
...............

Take the tablet 1 above for 14 days. In 14 days those who were infected either gets cured / died and will no longer be able to transmit.

Table 3: Cooperation - "simultaneous action by all"

Taking above tablet 1 & 2 by yourself alone will not wipe out the virus if others do not do it at the same time. Tablet 1 is easy to take...Tablet 2 requires a lot of patience...

If you need to exercise, do HIIT at home! Yeah, those high impact exercise can get your extremely exhausted in matter of minutes! There's no excuse! I know plenty of us hardly exercise in the park, it's just an excuse to pretend you are doing some exercise!
Anyway, current MCO will be extended if 30% smartxss refuse to comply!

Very sad and tragic we have huge gathering of 30 - 40,000 at Telok Bahang very recently and this kind of people only think of their own interest only not the interest of others including their immediate families and friends. This gathering was even more recent than the one in Seri Petaling. It should not have taken place.
