u think US really going to have 200,000 deaths meh? Its all about managing expectations.....Now that EU/ US both taking actions.............................................the number of deaths will be contained very fast..........................total deaths by US by Nov 2020 will be significantly less than 50,000........................................maybe just 20,000 , no one knows.

total deaths by the virus = direct death by the virus + indirectly death through poverty + indirect death of other patients due to lack of facilities.

indirect deaths through poverty due to lock down...India the figure may be millions.
