Service industry is doomed, no one will be accountable.
Phones will be ringing indefinitely just like the various government hotlines.
Surprisingly, even private companies are infected with this disease of unaccountability. Voice recorded machines will be you entertainer and after blaring for a good few minutes and raising the bill you get connected, only to be passed around to the so called appropriate department or person.

Even with direct contact, we get so much stress, how do you think the online customer experience will be?

Scammers will thrive!!!
