1. Top shareholder of Dayang

2. Top holder of Perdana

3. Owns hotel, shopping malls and other buildings all over Sarawak

4. Construction business

5. Own lots of industrial lands just the two pieces sold

6. Build affordable houses selling like hot cakes

7. Unlocking of value by Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak

8. Resumption of dividends like years 2004 to 2015

9. The best is yet to come

Grand Dutaland they no give answer

Later people from Kl went to see

Project still white elephant

For Naim the projects are bread and butter single storey houses

They planned to build 2500 of them in 5 years

That is Rm750 million gross or Rm500 mil net profit

Will be Rm1.00

Enough to give another good dividends for next 5 years
